  • A membership is not required to use the boxing gym. Learn more about our “Open Gym” options here.

  • Call us directly to schedule a complimentary consultation with a Certified Boxing Trainer.

  • Yes. There are waters and sports drinks available for purchase, as well as light snacks and protein bars.

  • Yes, age appropriate group boxing classes are included in our afterschool programs.

  • Latest student pick up time is 6:30pm

  • Of course, please give us a heads up so we can have your child ready for pick up if you will be arriving prior to 6:30pm.

  • Yes, we take pride in homework time. Monday - Thursday all Afterschool students will have an hour of quiet homework/study time to complete their assignments. Instructors are available if assistance is requested.

  • Yes, technical and full contact sparring is scheduled twice a week. A Valid USA Boxing Passbook is required to participate in all contact sparring.

  • Yes, all members are required to sign a liability waiver prior to taking a class.

  • Saturdays 8:30am-10am,
    with availability for private sessions from 10am-2pm. Personal Training is by appt only. Closed on Sunday.

  • 5 years old for group classes or afterschool pick up.

    3 years old for 1 on 1 sessions.

  • No, our classes are great for beginners. Our experienced coaches are certified and committed to teach you the proper fundamentals and technique needed to excel. 

  • No. Sparring or any contact in or out of the boxing ring is optional. A USA Boxing passbook is required for sparring.

This policy explains what personal information Champions World Boxing & Fitness collects when you create an account and book classes, how that information is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Champions World Boxing & Fitness operates its bookings and client accounts on the Recess platform, which processes this information on Champions World Boxing & Fitness's behalf.

Information we collect

  • Your name, email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth.

  • Your booking, attendance, and purchase history.

  • Payment information, handled by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers.

  • Your communication preferences, including whether you consented to receive text messages and whether you separately opted in to promotional messages.

How we use it

  • To create and administer your account.

  • To book you into classes and process payments.

  • To send you booking confirmations, class reminders, account updates, and failed-payment notices.

  • To send promotional messages about classes and memberships — only if you separately opted in.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information or messaging consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent information to any third party for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages described in this policy.

SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of creating an account or making a purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, STOPMKT to stop promotional messages only, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies (approximately 2–20 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help operate the service — payment processing, messaging delivery, email delivery, and hosting — and only as needed to perform that work. We also share information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes such as tax, accounting, and dispute resolution.

Your choices

  • Update your contact details and communication preferences in your account settings.

  • Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting Champions World Boxing & Fitness.
