Youth Football Training for all experience levels. Introductory course to football training. Class includes athletic drills involving footwork, ball handling, NFL style conditioning, agility training, player positions and more.

Weapon Defense and Extreme Martial Arts with Flips for kids ages 5-12. No experience required. Class involves hands on self-defense drills, Martial Art weapon training, traditional karate forms, extreme kicks and flashy flips.

Learn to protect yourself in dangerous situations. Hands on Self Defense and Grappling taught by certified instructors with over 20 years of Martial Arts Experience.

Introductory Boxing Classes for All Ages. Class involves hands on technical training , Cardio and Athletic style conditioning with a certified boxing trainer. Suitable for all experience levels. Sparring and Competition Team Training is also offered twice a week. (Protective Gear Required for Sparring of any Sort)
